Our sole purpose as owners of the company is to provide our agents with a positive, professional, cheerful and energetic environment that promotes each and every agent’s personal and professional growth and prosperity.

  • Our associates meet at our monthly Roundtable Discussion to share topics of agent’s choice and share information and resources.
  • Advertising, Social, Education and Charity Committees have been formed that agents may volunteer to participate on and have a voice in office activities.
  • Our office holds a Monthly Office Breakfast Meeting at Twin Creeks Golf Club to ensure all agents are current on important real estate and office activities and allows our entire office to come together socially.
  • We also have a monthly Birthday Social so agents have an opportunity to unwind and get to know each other on a social basis and provide networking opportunities.
 
Our organization is also founded on the premise that you can be whatever you wish.  There are no limits - only your own self-imposed limits.  We also believe in creating a learning environment.  So, we are providing you the continuing education and resources to help you reach your goals.
  • As a Brian Buffini certified Mentor, in the 100 Days to Greatness program, Michael teaches agents the fundamentals of lead generation to help agents produce a consistent stream of high-quality referrals.
  • RE/MAX Town & Country provides scheduled “Build Your Business” on-site business development classes.  Class topics, comprised by management and agents, include Negotiating Skills, Buyer Orientation, Listing Presentation, Comparative Market Analysis and Business Planning, just to name a few.
  • The Mentor Series II Program lead by Michael Coburn, is a 12-session in-office training program which leads agents through the entire process of securing clients to closing a sale.

Meet Your Management Team:
 
Michael Coburn has been with RE/MAX since 1986 and received the prestigious “RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award” in 2005.  He has received numerous honors including the RE/MAX Platinum Club, Top Producing Team and Hall of Fame awards.  A strong advocate of advanced education, Michael has earned his CRS, GRI, ABR, e-PRO and CDPE designations.

Michael strongly believes in providing an environment which promotes your personal and professional growth and prosperity.  Along with his vast sales experience and enthusiasm, Michael brings high energy to the office, as well as training classes to make it a fun, safe and interactive learning environment!
 
A native Texan, Debra has over 15 years experience in Human Resource and Business Management.  She worked in the oil & gas industry, banking industry and for EDS prior to leaving the corporate world to work with her husband, Michael, as a Buyer’s Agent.

Michael’s real estate team grew rapidly and in 2004, Debra assumed the role as Client Care Manager.  Debra now serves as a full-time Manager for RE/MAX Town and Country.  As a Realtor®, she understands real estate issues and the day-to-day challenges sales associates face.
